Sameh Khouzam volunteered at Martin Library and during the time that he was here he was a very thoughtful and pleasant person to work with. I can not believe that he could have done what he is being accused of. Please reconsider your decision on deporting him back to Egypt.

Sameh really appreciates all the support he’s been getting from all of you. The story has made both national and international news. Amnesty International has issued an Urgent Action and then, today, a second follow up action.
The lawyers are busy being brilliant.
If anyone would like to contribute monetarily to an organization that is small but powerful and is doing incredible work for Sameh, please go to http://www.humanrightsusa.org. If you send a check, please be sure to include a note saying that you are a supporter of Sameh’s. This will let them know how much love there is for Sameh and that their work is appreciated and that we want to contribute to it.

My family and I have long supported President Bush, the Republican Party, and the Christian values they claim to represent. If this autrocity is allowed to occur, I will do everything in my limitied power to see that the existing people in power are removed from office at their next election.
There are results in numbers. This is the only thing that politicians seem to understand. WE NEED TO STAND TOGETHER ON THIS ISSUE NOW BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE. Make your opinions known today.

The assurance of the Egyptian government is in reality a death sentance?
Have mercy on Sameh Kouzman and allow him to stay in the USA, alternatively the USA might apply the death sentance on themself????

The government has denied our request for Sameh’s release. Please go to the link on the main page to download and customize the sample letter and send it to all of your elected officials as well as to Michael Chertoff, Condoleezza Rice, and Alberto Gonzalez.
We need to keep the pressure on. Needless to say, Sameh is feeling very discouraged. You can also write directly to Sameh, offering support at:
